The handbag I chose has a wonderful colour, a mix of orange and red, absolutely perfect with my dress. The final touch, a heart shaped necklace, bought in Positano. Do you like?

Gipsy Chic 4 ever! Amo questo stile e oggi voglio mostrarvi un altro pezzo firmato Miss Bikini. Un brand che semplicemente adoro. Si adatta completamente alla mia personalità e al mio stile e... wow! E' così stiloso! La borsa che ho scelto ha un colore stupendo un mix fra l'arancio e il rosso, assolutamente perfetta abbinata al mio abito. Il tocco finale, una collana a forma di cuore, che ho acquistato tempo fa a Positano. Vi piace?

TO THE THEATRE

 

Just a check if I have my ticket and I am ready for the theatre. It'll be an evening quite special but very formal. I chose a black dress with a long chain necklace, open toe cipria colour and my outfit is perfect. Shall I go??

Controllo se ho i biglietti ed eccomi pronta per lo spettacolo teatrale. Sarà una serata molto speciale ma anche molto formale. Ho scelto un rigoroso abito nero, una lunga collana, scarpe di color cipria e il mio outfit è perfetto. Posso andare??

SLIDING DOORS

It's always very difficult to choose which door open and which one closed. Life obliged us to make choices everyday and some choices or better to say some doors that we decided to open can change our lives forever. I have always been impulsive and I made so many mistakes!!! But this is my experience, every mistake is a lesson and a way to make a step forward.... Nobody said that it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it! Enjoy the life!!

E' sempre molto difficile scegliere quale porta aprire e quale chiudere. La vita ci obbliga ogni giorno a fare delle scelte, alcune azioni o per meglio dire alcune porte che decidiamo di aprire, possono cambiare le nostre vite per sempre. Ho un carattere molto impulsivo e ho di conseguenza fatto molti errori!!! Ma questa è la mia esperienza, ogni errore è una lezione e un mezzo per fare il passo successivo.... Nessuno ha detto che sarebbe stato facile, hanno solo promesso che ne sarebbe valsa la pena! Ladies, godetevi la vita!! :))

AN EVENING OUT

Sometimes to organize a pleasant evening out, only few things are necessary: a good restaurant, an outfit very glamour and the right company. This evening I decided to go out and enjoy the time with a very special person, who surprised me with a unexpected invitation.... A glass of good red wine, preferably from Tuscany, and let's start the evening!

P.S. The jacket I am wearing is by Marc Jacobs produced in only 8 models in 2003. 

A volte per organizzare una piacevole serata sono necessarie poche cose: un buon ristorante, un outfit molto glamour e la giusta compagnia. Questa sera ho deciso di uscire e dedicare del tempo ad una persona molto speciale, che mi ha sorpresa invitandomi fuori inaspettatamente..... Un bicchiere di buon vino rosso, preferibilmente toscano, e che la serata abbia inizio!

Today I feel very LADY! I mean, very Lady Cipria!! This coat by Roberta di Camerino, italian fashion icon, gives me lot of feelings.... Every vintage piece has inside a history, made by emotions and very interesting to know. The lady who bought this coat, about 40 years ago, should have been very stlylish. I am wondering when she wore it, for which occasions, maybe for a special appointment with her lover..... (my romantic side always appears) . Anyway, I am very curious to know what this piece can tell if it has a voice.... And you???

Oggi mi sento molto LADY. Lady Cipria ovviamente!! Il cappotto che indosso, firmato dall'icona della moda Roberta di Camerino, mi trasmette molte sensazioni.... Ogni pezzo vintage possiede una storia fatta di emozioni. La signora che lo comprò, praticamente 40 anni fa, deve essere stata molto stylish. Chissà quando lo indossò, in quali occasioni, forse per un appuntamento speciale con il suo amore..... (il mio lato romantico viene sempre a galla!). Comunque, sarei proprio curiosa di sapere che cosa mi racconterebbe questo meraviglioso cappotto se avesse voce...  E voi???

LOLA: A NEW FRIEND OF LADY CIPRIA

I have the pleasure to introduce to you, LOLA! My sweety. She is a girl and as soon as I adopted her she became the treasure of the family. I will tell you how she entered in our lives. It was August and after 3 months of persistent requests of my daughter and son to have a dog, I gave in. I was against the decision to adopt a dog, we had already a cat, Gucci, another animal in my life was too much! But I felt guilty, I spent all my summer working and I couldn't take a holiday with my children. I called the owner of Lola and we left for Este to have a look to her. It was love at first sight! The image of the eyes of my children when they finally held her in their arms is still in my mind.

Ho il piacere di presentarvi LOLA! La mia dolce cagnolina. E' una femminuccia ed è diventata a tutti gli effetti il tesoro della nostra famiglia. Vi racconto come è entrata nella nostra vita. Era Agosto e dopo 3 mesi di continue insistenze da parte dei miei figli di avere un cane, ho capitolato. Ero assolutamente contro questa decisione, avevamo già una gatta, Gucci, un altro animale nella mia vita era troppo! Ma mi sentivo colpevole, avevo passato tutta l'estate al lavoro, nemmeno un giorno di vacanza con i miei figli. Ho chiamato il proprietario di Lola e siamo partiti per Este per incontrarla. Fu amore a prima vista! L'immagine degli occhi che brillano dei miei figli quando finalmente potevano tenere in braccio la loro cagnolina è ancora nella mia mente. 

WINTER IS COMING ......

Summer is far away and winter is coming very fast. I dream for 2 years the same scene: to spend the coldest days of winter season in front of the fireplace with my 2 children, Lola and Gucci (my dog and my cat), my friends and ..... a tray full of cookies and sweets, in spite of the diet! 
Dreams come true..... sometime it happens! 

L'estate è lontana e l'inverno si avvicina velocemente. Faccio lo stesso sogno ormai da due anni, ossia passare i giorni più freddi dell'anno difronte al caminetto circondata dai miei figli, Lola e Gucci (la mia cagnolina e la mia gattina) ed i miei amici, il tutto accompagnato da un vassoio pieno di biscotti e dolcetti, alla faccia della dieta! Dicono che i sogni si avverano.... a volte capita!
